Chef Mario's Special Menu

We are happy to announce that Chef Mario Romero-Santos joined our team this past fall season. Chef Mario moved to San Diego in 2002 where he has worked in some of San Diego’s popular restaurants including La Fontana, Miami Grille, Capri Blu, Rancho Bernardo Inn; as a pastry chef at Dolce Italia; and  most recently as the Executive Chef at The MainCourse in Ramona, CA.
