Tower 13 Digital Solutions is the sole proprietorship of Kenny Ketner, a programmer with over six years of experience in delivering solutions to real-world programming problems.
Most of Kenny's work for a previous employer is now in use by several county governments in the state of Texas. This work includes data-intensive desktop applications, imaging applications, and mission-critical web applications.
